boa tarde colegas do fórum eu Edesio preciso de uma ajuda com este aparelho já troquei capacitor resistor diodo zener diodo retificador e nada estou curioso é com a tensão de 12volts e de 9volts nos pontos de entrada dos resistores que é para estar com 12volts estar com 16.5 volts e o de 9volts está dando 13volts o porque isso e nem o stand by está ligando mas o relé sendo acionando o que fazer alguém pode me ajudar ?
